Our goal is to deliver the original product which is ordered by you. 
You are getting products of all international brands at Time Square, who always export QC passed products.
After this, if there is any manufacturing fault in the product for any reason, there is an opportunity to return.
You have to check the product in front the delivery man or you have to make a unboxing video.
Product missing in the package, product broken in the courier or product different are not acceptable without unboxing video - so it is requested to record the product unboxing video to prevent misunderstanding.
At Time Square we offer a 14-day replacement warranty on almost all products and also on almost all products there is a specified warranty period which is effective from the date of receipt of the product.

Below is the list of cases where the return warranty will not be applicable:
1. If the product is burnt or physically damaged
2. Clearance sale products
3. If the time square seal or sticker is removed from the product
4. Any kind of accessories or charger or adapter with the product
5. Any gift item or prize given free of charge
6. If there are any scratches or stains on the product.
